Each of our cleaning visit is guided by our 53 point checklist and completed by trained staff, ensuring that the property is thoroughly cared for the turnover, respecting check in/ check out time. Other than that, West Caribbean will provide laundry services, including linens and towels, the restock of toiletries and tissue products.

 Deep Cleaning

There are several things in your home that may not get attention on every cleaning day that our professionals at West Caribbean can take care for you

 Move in/out

Refers to the deep cleaning of empty rooms of a home.

This typically includes scrubbing bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, closets, and hallways from top to bottom for maximum efficiency and thoroughness.

Service Office and Facilities

Some common tasks included in office cleaning services are: vacuuming floors and carpets, emptying trash cans and recycling bins, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops, dusting surfaces such as windowsills, ledges and blinds.

Post Construction Cleaning

In order to ensure the space is ready for final presentation and occupancy, the post construction cleaning consists in three phases, to handle the total removal of debris, dust, and other materials left behind during construction: rough clean, light clean and final clean.
